Experienced Barista?

Anyone that knows me, knows that I love coffee...if A then B...no fallacy in that logic.

So how does one become an experienced barista is no one will hire an inexperienced barista? Can't my undying appreciation for that sweet elixir and my sweet skills of learning things quickly suffice for experience?

On a another note, I'm interviewing at Chipotle today...get my burrito making on. Maybe they will sidetrack me right up to corporate. I need an office space Peter moment here...

it's amazing how 3+ years of monotonous work will burn useless information into one's pysche for life...well, hopefully not for life

I think we are forgetting the issue here. This post is about me finding a job, and this blog is about ME...if you want to talk about Teddy and your Arby adventures you can't hijack this literary piece of genius that I have created.

All my love,
Matthew

PLEASE forgive our insolence sire! i have an idea for a job. why not make some of your granola and take it around to some health food stores and see if you can get them to sell it. or, put ads in church bulletins for your catering services. if it is done through a church you could probably even be tax exempt. let me know what you think. i'll keep brainstorming.

Hmm, I don't think that would be tax-exempt unless you're using the Tim Geithner Turbo Tax software. If that's the case then it will totally fly. Nice try brother Michael.

I like the idea of catering that Mikey mentioned. Maybe like Paula Deen you could start out with lunches and sell them at people's work? Gourmet PB&J?

Oh my gosh. I felt like, are we having a brother against brother moment? Wooo. I'm so glad those days are over. The job will come. The candles are BURNING. I asked Eric for instructions. Love, Mom
