Salted meat is an essential nutrient to the elite level cyclist!
You should try talking to some helmet manufacturers and tell them about your "wreck".. :) and tell them how the helmet prevented you from cerebral damage. and have them do a story on you and go from there. Get your name out and maybe you could get on some sitcom tv show.
